To be a successful candidate for full time employment you must be able to:

• Work a 40 hour week minimum with overtime opportunities
• Work in a fast-paced environment for both residential and commercial clients
• Receive instruction, have a positive attitude, and work well with fellow employees
• Responsibly and safely work with a variety of power tools and landscape maintenance equipment such as 21" mowers, walk-behind and riding mowers, string trimmers, blowers, power shears, and various hand tools
• Speak English fluently and interface with clients
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be drug-free
• Drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles with trailers
• Be in excellent physical and aerobic health with the ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Exhibit flexibility by working as a crew member as well as individually
• Be a dependable part of our team, and show a desire to learn

Experience is highly desired but not required. A high school diploma is required. Pay begins at $11.00 per hour, with the possibility of increases based on work industry experience. A benefit package of medical and dental coverage plus paid vacation is available depending on performance and work duration.
